Jefferson Apartment Group is planning to build a $102-million project in Florida

Jefferson Apartment Group is planning to build a $102-million project in FloridaMcLean, VA based Jefferson Apartment Group, has decided to elaborate its plan as well as expand its investment proposed for constructing a big complex in South Eola neighborhood at Orlando.

 

Preliminary plans have been demonstrated earlier by the developer covering 520 projects, having twin 12-storied towers, 586 flats, 5,500 sq. ft. office space and 18,000 sq. ft space for restaurants and shops. The total project cost for these will be worth $102 million. The developer had submitted its plan to the city's municipal planning board on 18th August to get the sanction plan for the construction of the new complex.

 

Whilst, the Orlando Sentinel reports that Thornton Commons LLC possesses the land, together with Altamont Springs dental practitioner James Katsur. Baker Barrios will perform as the architect of the project. Towards the initial phase of the whole project, the builder has almost finished construction of the adjacent $42.7 artisan 420 apartment complex.

The remaining stages will consist of :

 

  • 520 Church Street-Phase II: 344 apartments having 16 "retail/live/work studios", 629 parking areas, and 4050 sq. ft. of office and retail.
  • Mariposa Apartments-Phase III: 238 apartments, eight studios, 6900m 270 parking areas and square feet of office/ retail
